摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of micro vascular decompression treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Method:48 patients with trigeminal neuralgia in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups,23 patients were treated with micro vascular compression treatment as the experimental group, and 25 patients used radiofrequency treatment as the control group. The therapeutic effects, the occurrence of complications, pain relief, recurrence rate, mortality of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The patients in the total efficiency of the experimental group was higher than the control group, there was significant difference(P<0.05);pain remission in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse events, relapse and mortality rates of the two groups were compared, there were no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with trigeminal neuralgia micro vascular decompression surgery can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, reduce patient suffering, and improve the quality of life of patients. Micro vascular decompression surgery for the treatment of Trigeminal neuralgia has very important clinical significance, should be widely applied.关键词
