Abstract
Objective:To observe the analgesic sedative effect of midazolam combined with remifentanil on patients with mechanical ventilation in the ICU. Method:30 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU were randomly divided into midazolam group and combination group,each group contained 15 cases. Two groups were given the intravenous infusion of midazolam during mechanical ventilation,and the combination group was combined with remifentanil 1-2μg/(kg·h). The pump into the drug dose and continuous intravenous sedation and analgesia effect were compared. Result:The analgesic effects of the combination group was superior than the midazolam group(P<0.05);and achieved the same analgesic effect of sedation with intravenous infusion dose significantly reduced,dosage,low blood pressure,high blood pressure and heartbeat tachycardia were significantly lower than those of the midazolam group (P<0.05). Heartbeat bradycardia incidence was higher than that of the midazolam group,the incidence of nausea and vomiting of the two groups was not different. Conclusion:Midazolam combined remifentanil can be safely used for ICU patients with mechanical ventilation,intravenous infusion for sedation and analgesia efficacy,hemodynamic stability,less complications.关键词
