Abstract
Objective:To establish a simple kind of atherosclerosis model.Method:Forty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:model group(an atherogenic diet accompanied celiac injection of large dose of vitamin D3),high lipid group,vitamin D group and control group,10 rats in each group.After four weeks,TC,TG, HDL,LDL,IL-1,IL-6,IL-17 and CRP were determined.Arcus aorta,liver,heart were isolated and prepared for hematoxylin-eosin staining.Result:The control group and vitamin D group had been in a state of increased body weight of rats,weight gain rate of control group was significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05 or P<0.0001). At the end of the 4 week compared with control group,heart weight of model group and high lipid group were decreased (P<0.0001),heart weight of vitamin D group although lower than control group,but no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistical significance differences in heart to body weight ratio of each group (P<0.05),compared with model group,there were statistical significance differences in heart to body weight ratio of high lipid group and vitamin D group(P<0.0001).The TG,TC,HDL,LDL,IL-1,IL-6,IL-17 and CRP of model group were significantly higher than vitamin D group and control group(P<0.05).Typical mature atheromatous plaques (hematoxylin-eosin staining)were presented in model group,atheromatous plaques(hematoxylin-eosin staining)were not typical in high lipid group,there were not any atheromatous plaques(hematoxylin-eosin staining)in vitamin D group but smooth muscle were disordered.Conclusion:Treating rats with celiac injection of large dose of vitamin D accompanied by an atherogenic diet can be an ideal rat model for the study of atherosclerosis.关键词
