Abstract
Objective:To compare the application of long-acting and short-acting gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)by long down regulation protocol in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH),and to explore the advantages of the application of long-acting GnRH-a in young patients which undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Method:The data of young patients who adopted GnRH-a long protocol(1045 cycles received long-acting form of GnRH-a and 555 cycles received short-acting form of GnRH-a)in COH were analyzed retrospectively. Result:The dosage of gonadotropin(Gn)was significantly reduced in young patients who adopted long-acting GnRH-a, while the duration of Gn application was prolonged,cycle cancellation rates increased significantly,LH level in hCG day was significantly lower than that of short-acting group,the number of oocyte retrieved,the number of transferable embryo of long-acting group were significantly more than those of short-acting GnRH-a,and freezing rate of long-acting group was significantly higher than that of short-acting group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups had no statistical difference between the clinical pregnancy rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the young patients with normal ovarian reserve,the application of long-acting GnRH-a by long down regulation protocol is a good choice.关键词
