Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures treated by the coordination of over-extension and manipulative reduction. Method:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,each of 40 cases,both advised bedrest absolutely,on the basis of basic treatment and functional exercise,the treatment group were treated by the coordination of over-extension and manipulative reduction,and the control group were treated by traditional reduction with pillow.The excellent rate after 6 months,and research the clinical effects were compared.Result:The excellent rate of treatment group was 97.5%,while the excellent rate of contrast group was 90.0%,the comparison had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of the coordination of over-extension and manipulative reduction to thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures has better clinical effects.关键词
