Abstract
Objective:To explore prediction value of the CT classification for pathological results of acute appendicitis surgery postoperative. Method:73 patients from the emergency department of our hospital with suspected acute appendicitis were chosen,all the patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT scan and CT grading,underwent open operation treatment within 24 h,removal parts of appendix tissue were underwent pathologic examination as an accurate diagnosis of the disease,through statistical analysis method in diagnosis of CT classification whether a clear diagnosis value to predict pathological findings of acute appendicitis after surgery.Result:39 of all the 73 patients diagnosed as acute appendicitis,the positive diagnosis rate was high when grade 3 and above corresponding to the CT classification of acute appendicitis. According to the analysis of CT grade Roc,the area under the curve(AUC)was 0.946,there were significant differences(P<0.05),level 3 was selected as the cut-off value,the clinical pataints with a CT grading level 3 and above should be diagnosed as acute appendicitis. Conclusion:CT classification method can accurately predict the postoperative pathological results of acute appendicitis surgery,it can be used as clinical criteria for the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.关键词
