Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment methods of baby bronchial pneumonia,so as to summarize the experience for the difficulties of this disease in babies. Method:The diagnosis and treatment conditions of 126 cases of 6-month babies diagnosed as bronchial pneumonia in the pediatrics of our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were retrospectively studied. The babies were randomly divided into Group A and Group B,each group contained 63 cases. Group A babies’severities were scored,guiding the treatment by the evaluation results. Group B babies’severities were not scored. The treatment effects of these two groups were compared. Result:Through the comparison,the cured rate of Group A were significantly higher than those of Group B,and the complications incidence lower,indicating for the treatment effects and complication conditions of these two groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:The evaluation of severities for the baby bronchial pneumonia can supply important base for the treatment,is helpful to the improvement of treatment effects,and is worthy of clinical promotion and applications.关键词
