对128例1型糖尿病患儿的生存质量调查分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze quality of life in children with type 1 diabetes,in order to provide clinical reference.Method:128 children with type 1 diabetes in our hospital from August 2010 to July 2013 were selected as research objects,quality of life survey was determined using the pediatric quality of life inventory(PedsQL4.0) respectively at admission and the implementation of health education for 1 years.The changes before and after implementing health education of children with quality of life within one year was compared.Result:The quality of life score in children at admission was(78.23±11.65)score,1 year after health education,the quality of life score improved to(90.15±6.75) score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality of life in children with type 1 diabetes at a relatively lower level,the implementation of health education can effectively improve their quality of life, health education should be in the future through drug treatment for clinical promotion.关键词
