Abstract
Objective:To investigate the secondary prevention status of patients with the first ischemic stroke in Longhai area.Method:386 patients who suffered the first ischemic stroke in the neurology ward of our hospital from January 2011 to July 2013 were selected,all patients had been confirmed by CT/MRI.After discharged,the secondary prevention knowledge was informed to patients.The third months and sixth months followed up secondary prevention status by outpatient service,telephone or home and again mission.Result:The number of third months,sixth months follow-up were respectively 370 and 348 cases,antiplatelet therapy proportion were 91.4% and 85.6%,antihypertensive drug therapy ratio were 92.6%and 89.7%,hypoglycemic drug therapy ratio were 86.2%and 81.4%,statin treatment ratio were 80.3%and 61.8%;with the passage of time has decreased,the statins significantly.Conclusion:Ischaemic stroke patients in Longhai area have known secondary prevention for certain understanding,but still need doctor to further strengthen the propaganda and education,in order to improve the compliance of patients with medication and standardization,improve the life style,reduce the recurrence of ischemic stroke.关键词
