腹腔镜联合胆道镜在胆囊结石合并胆总管结石治疗中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience of laparoscope joint choledochoscope in treatment of choledocholithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis.Method:The clinical data of 56 patients with choledocholithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis treated with laparoscope joint choledochoscope in our hospital from June 2006 to May 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Result:20 patients with common bile duct were stage Ⅰsuture,bile leakage occurred in 1 case after surgery.The placement of T tube drainage in 36 cases,edema pancreatitis occurred in 1 case and biliary leakage occurred in 1 case after surgery.They were cured by conservative treatment.Conclusion:Laparoscope joint choledochoscope in treatment of choledocholithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis patients with less invasive,good effect,safety and reliability,is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
