姜茯组合物的抗癌止呕作用
The Antitumor and Antiemitic Effects of Poria Cocos Wolf and Zingiber Composition
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the antitumor and antiemitic effects of Poria cocos wolf and Zingiber composition. Method:Used the cisplatin,copper sulfate and apomorphine-induced mink vomiting models,the antiemetic effects of the composition was detected. The depression effects of the composition on S180 sarcoma,hepatoma H22,Ehrlich ascites tumor of mice were also detected.Result:The composition could reduce vomiting of the three models,it could also depress the tumor development(P<0.01).Conclusion:Poria cocos wolf and Zingiber composition can depress the tumor development and reduce vomiting,it’s the natural and low toxic drug.关键词
