人文关怀对原发性高血压病治疗效果的影响
Influence of Humanistic Care on Therapeutic Effect of Primary Hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate application value of humanistic care in care of patients with primary hypertension.Method:112 patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,each group had 56 cases,who underwent routine care measures. Humanistic care was conducted on the intervention group on the basis. The hospitalization duration,re-hospitalization conditions within 12 months and nursing satisfaction in both groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The average hospitalization duration,re-hospitalization conditions within 12 months and the incidence of complications in the intervention group were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The dependence of patients on treatment can be improved through Humanistic care on the basis of implementing routine care measures,thereby reducing hospitalization duration and extending re-hospitalization interval, and the method should be widely applied.关键词
