某大学本科生乙肝免疫状况调查分析
The Investigation and Analysis of Immunization Status on Hepatitis B among Undergraduates
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status of HBV(hepatitis B virus)vaccination and infection among the undergraduates,explore preventive interventions,and to offer effective measure for HBV prevention among undergraduates in college campuses.Method:Anti-HBs of different grades of undergraduates in a university were tested by stratified sampling method.Result:The positive rate of Anti-HBs in freshmen was lower than that in other grades (P<0.05),and it was also lower in male than in female(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education of prevention and treatment of hepatitis B,and reinforcement of hepatitis B vaccine are all needed when having the physical check-up on new undergraduates. These measures also have great significance for improving protective antibodies of all undergraduates, establishing immune barriers of the crowd and reducing incidence of hepatitis B.关键词
