Abstract
Objective:To discuss the condition and the risk factors for patients with CAP and the negative emotions.Method:387 patients with CAP from July 2013 to July 2014 in a tertiary hospital respiratory medicine were selected,the general demographic information was registered,pneumonia severity index were performed,and after 72 hours of standard treatment,the datas were analyzed by HADS.Result:After 72 hours,109 patients existed the negative emotions. Relative to the other patients without negative emotions,the variations in educational level,PSI score,curative effect,income and negative emotions in family in these patients had significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:The proportion of patients with CAP and negative emotions is high. There are many factors affect the condition.关键词
