Abstract
Objective:To provide a new way for solving the problems of the lack of health human resources. Method:The article put forwarded the meaning,feasibility and operation mode for constructing the elderly volunteer health organizations”love sunset”,which serve the rural medical,based on the analysis of the problems exist in the rural health resource under the background of New Rural Cooperative Medical System.Result:"Love sunset"was new social organization,the government provided the health care to the rural grassroots through buying the health services from "love sunset". It could continue to take advantage of the knowledge and skills of the older,further,it could improve the quality of medical services. Conclusion:Constructe the elderly volunteer health organizations" love sunset ", which serve the rural medical,can provide the reference on the solution of the health human resource problem under the background of New Rural Cooperative Medical System.关键词
