体外振动排痰机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期并肺部感染排痰疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe on the effects of extrasomatic vibration expectoration machine in treatment of actue exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)with pulmonary infection. Method:86 patients with AECOPD and pulmonary infection were randomly divided into the treatment group(extrasomatic vibration expectoration machine+routine treatment)and control group(routine treatment),clinical characteristics were compared between the two groups ,including clinical efficacy,the daily sputum volume,white blood cell count,neutrophil count and blood gas analysis.Result:There were significant difference in the clinical efficacy,the daily sputum volume,white blood cell count,neutrophil count and blood gas analysis(P<0.05). The index of the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion:Extrasomatic vibration expectoration machine has definite effect in treatment of AECOPD with pulmonary infection,it is easy to operate and has no abvious side effect,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
