摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare clinical efficacy of different treatment for postoperative malignant retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis carcinoma. Method:58 cases with retroperitoneal lymph node metastases after resection of gastrointestinal cancer surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(treated with FOLFOX4)and observation group(treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy synchronous FOLFOX4). The tumor control rate,KPS score,adverse reactions rate and long-term survival rate of two groups were compared. Result:Tumor control rate of observation group was 82.8%,which was significantly higher than 62.1% of the control group (P<0.05). KPS score of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Adverse reactions rate of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). Cumulative survival rate and mean survival time of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy synchronous FOLFOX4 for postoperative malignant retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis carcinoma has exact effect with a high near-term effect. It’s conducive to tumor control.关键词
