推进皮瓣修复指端缺损25例的护理体会

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing methods which advance flap to repair fingertip defect. Method:The nursing data of 25 patients after the operation of traumatic fingertip defect were reviewed retrospectively. Result:After active treatment and good care,the flaps in 23 cases survived effectively all showed that the color was ruddy and the capillary filling text was normal. In 2 other cases,the distal end of the flaps turned dark red in different degrees after 2 or 3 days. After taking out stitches in part of the flap to relieve tension,raising the affected limb,insulation,promoting blood and anti-vascular spasm treatment,the flaps survived completely in 1 case. Another one still had partial necrosis before the second operation. 25 cases were follow-up for 4 to 15 months,excellent in 22 cases and good on 3 cases. Conclusion:Reinforcing efforts to push forward the nursing of advancing flap to repair fingertip defect is good to promote skin healing and prevent the complications. It is an important guarantee for the success of operation.关键词
