Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of IVF-ET for endometriosis(EMs). Method:44 cases of IVF-ET for EMs infertility in 2013 were retrospective analyzed,and 102 cases of IVF-ET for tubal infertility were selected as control. Result:For the factors like age,infertility time,BMI,the Gn days,total dose of the Gn,endometrium thickness,the number of eggs,2 PN fertilization rate,cleavage rate,valuable embryo numbers,the average number of embryo transfer,the ratio of good quality embryos,clinical pregnancy rate and the ratio of lower ovarian function,no significant differences were observed between the EMs group and the tubal infertility group. The EMs group average egg number was(9.77±6.20),valuable embryo number was(4.65±2.89),clinical pregnancy rate was 50%(10/20),lower ovarian function accounted for 22.73%(10/44). Conclusion:Patients who take IVF-ET with EMs or tubal infertility can obtain similar clinical effect.关键词
