微创大隐静脉电凝术治疗大隐静脉曲张的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the suitable for the grass-roots hospitals in minimally invasive great saphenous vein electric coagulation. Method:To analyze in March 2007 to March 2013 the clinical data of 268 patients(315 limbs) with great saphenous vein,who were used minimally invasive treatment of great saphenous vein electric coagulation. Result:All cases were successful operation. Unilateral limb surgery time was 30-56 min,an average of 44 min, hospitalization time 3-14 days,an average of 5.3 days,the hospital total cost 938.2 yuan to 3256.5 yuan,2102.6 yuan on average. To send a cable sample scleroma 52(16.5%),local inflammatory mass article 30(9.5%),skin burns 16(5.1%), medial malleolus skin paresthesia 5(1.6%). Postoperative followed-up of 1-3 years,local recurrence 6(1.9%),no lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Conclusion:Improves minimally invasive great saphenous vein electric coagulation small trauma,operation and convenient operation,short recovery time and postoperative beautiful,effect is good,not only saves the cost of the hospital,and make the patients in basic-level hospitals use lower health care costs,can get minimally invasive treatment,it is a kind of suitable for basic-level hospitals for treatment.关键词
