Abstract
Hospital pharmacy management in current medical management,plays a very important role,not only affects the development of the relationship between doctors and patients,the social public opinion and progress toward national health care,also has a bigger role. Relatively speaking,the hospital pharmacy management more problems,most of the problems are the long accumulated,not easy to solve. In the pharmacy management in the future,we must establish a virtuous cycle management,improve the quality of the staff,improve the pharmacy management means and management system,the root causes of the problem,rather than a temporary repression.关键词
