摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of tympanoplasty in chronic suppurative otitis media on the postoperative effect of hearing.Method:The clinical data of 168 cases of chronic suppurative otitis mediapatients in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,patients underwent complete wall or open tympanoplasty, thetympanoplastic operation indication and effect on the listening effect of postoperative patients were observed.Result:After treatment,threshold of hearing by air conduction and bone conduction threshold decreased significantly(P<0.05).No serious postoperative complications,follow-up of six months in 26 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 15.48%. Conclusion:The effect of tympanoplasty for chronic suppurative otitis media significantly, fewer complications,patients can improve listening level,is worthy of clinical use.关键词
