Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical outcomes of intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)using the three different sources of sperm.Method:374 intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)treatment cycles were analyzed retrospectively in our center from January 2011 to December 2012.They were divided into three groups according to the sperm from different sources:ejaculate group(A group),percutaneous puncture epididymis and testicular sperm group(group B),donor sperm group(group C).Fertilization rate,cleavage rate,excellent embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the three groups were compared.Result:The excellent embryo rate of patients in group A was higher than group C(P<0.017),difference of patients fertilization rate,cleavage rate,clinical pregnancy rate in the three groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Semen,epididymal or testicular sperm,donor sperm for ICSI outcome is similar to assisted reproductive.Maturity sperm and frozen sperm may not affect the final pregnancy rate.关键词
