摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss curative effect of prevent postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section by intramuscular injection or intrauterine injection hemabate. Method:78 cases of cesarean section puerperant’ blood loss amount,curative effects,unhealthy emotions and life qualities who adopted intramuscular injection or intrauterine injection hemabate were observed.Result:Compared post operation 2 h blood loss amount,the differences hadn’t statistical significances(P>0.05);compared post operation 24 h blood loss amount,observation group better than control group,the differences hadn’t statistical significances(P<0.05).Observation group’s effective percentage was 82.05%, better than control group’s 79.94%,compared two groups’ results,the differences hadn’t statistical significances (P>0.05).Observation group puerperants’ HAMD,HAMA total scores and each factor’s score were all lower than control group,the differences hadn’t statistical significances(P<0.05).Every patient all have been followed up,observation group patients’ life qualities indexes PF,RP,RE scores all higher than control group,the differences had statistical significances(P<0.01).Conclusion:Prevent postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section by two ways can get the same effect,but intramuscular injection hemabate can get better effect at decrease maternal hemorrhage within 24 h,improve maternal unhealthy emotion,and life quality.关键词
