Abstract
Objective:To investigate the 2006 to 2012 Guizhou province occupation disease incidence,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure. Method:Epidemiological methods,data was collected by interview,using SPSS 11.0,Excel software for statistical analysis. Result:Report in Guizhou province from 2006 to 2012,involved all kinds of new cases,3054 cases of occupational disease,among them,with the onset of pneumoconiosis in 2582 cases,81 cases of death,death with pneumoconiosis,pulmonary tuberculosis,pneumothorax,chronic cor pulmonale and so on;time pesticide poisoning,and report 344 cases,35 cases of death;and pneumoconiosis,chronic occupational poisoning, acute occupational poisoning and occupational skin diseases,occupational tumors,other types of occupational diseases and the number of pesticide poisoning report also showed a trend of increased year by year. Focused on new pneumoconiosis cases ages 35 to 55 years old,predominantly male,was after 1990,began to pick up dust,more and more engaged in the work related to mine;new cases were mainly distributed in Zunyi,Bijie city,Qianxinan. 13 kinds of dust was given priority to with coal workers pneumoconiosis and silicosis,distribution in the non-public sector and small businesses. All kinds of occupational disease distribution of new cases in 1817 cases of coal industry,non-ferrous metal industry in 262 cases,175 cases of geology and mineral resources industry,thus,coal,nonferrous metal,geology and mineral resources industry was high-risk industry occupational disease,must give sufficient attention,strengthen the occupational-disease-prevention work for professional artificial. Conclusion:The occupation disease harm situation in Guizhou province is still very serious,must by increasing government social security and social supervision,improve their self-protection awareness,and consciously safeguard the legitimate rights,attach importance to occupation disease network reporting and other measures,to improve the overall level of occupation disease prevention and control comprehensive.关键词
