摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing intervention of malignant tumor treated by double heat source whole-body hyperthermia(WBH). Method:The nursing service of 194 cases of advanced cancer patients treated by SRI double heat source system of WBH was summarized and analyzed in study. Result:The malignant patients treated by SRI double heat source WBH can completed treatment safely,and had no obvious scald,no leak of chemotherapy medicament,no complication of Respiratory system,circulatory system and central nervous system. Conclusion:Comparatively,the SRI double heat source WBH is the safe and viable treatment method for malignant tumor patients. Strict implementation of treatment indication and contraindications,positive preoperative care and intraoperative nursing especially comfortable nursing process is the whole body hyperthermia security can guarantee success.关键词
