摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of home care of bronchial asthma.Method:Children with clinically diagnosed cases in our hospital with bronchial asthma from January 2012 to December 2013 was randomly selected as the experimental group. At the end of the treatment,targeted home care program was applied to children patient and acquire the effects. Children with clinically diagnosed cases in our hospital with bronchial asthma from January 2010 to December 2011 was randomly selected as the control group. Two groups of children were both observed for 1 years,the incidence of acute episodes incidence rate and the recurrence rate after implementation of home care were analyzed.Result:Compared to the incidence of acute episodes and the recurrence rate after the implementation of home care,experimental group was lower than the control group. Conclusion:Correct and niche targeting home care for pediatric patients with bronchial asthma in end of treatment after discharge plays a positive role in promoting the illness fully recovered and preventing the relapse.关键词
