Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy(EP).Method:94 cases of patients with EP were randomly divided into observation group(treated by mifepristone combined with methotrexate)and control group(treated by mifepristone). The effective rate,theβ-hCG,admission mass diameter and the progestational and the adverse reaction before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared. Result:After the treatment,the effective rate of the observation was 46 cases(92.0%), and 32 cases of the control group(72.3%)(P<0.05).Theβ-hCG,admission mass diameter and the progestational of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference of the adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is effect and safety,which is suitable for clinical application.关键词
