Abstract
Objective:To study for asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in patients with dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis analysis.Method:98 patients of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia were collected in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014,the ECG were observed,then the dynamic electrocardiogram were observed,summarizes two kinds of inspection.Result:In the dynamic ECG examination,there were 313 array ST segment ischemia changes in asymptomatic myocardial ischemia patients.6-12 am attack array 152 times,accounted for 48.56%;12-18 in the afternoon attack array 64 times,accounted for 20.45%;the night 18-24 point attack array 54 times,accounted for 17.25%;at 0-6 am attack array 43 times,accounted for 13.74%.In 98 patients over the age of 60 patients with a total of 210 episodes array,the proportion of 67.09%.Compared patients with SMI and symptomatic myocardial ischemia ST segment decreased,no significant difference(P>0.05);compared the duration of attack,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia,can effectively detect asymptomatic myocardial ischemia,provides basis for clinical work,worthy of clinical application.关键词
