摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical valuation of diagnosis of small breast cancer combined with high frequency color doppler ultrasound and serum tumor markers. Method:In 1200 cases of breast lump were confirmed by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound,the biggest diameter under 2 cm measured were combined with ultrasonic inspection and serum trumor markers CYFRA21-1、CA15-3 and TSGF examination,were comfirmed by surgical pathology,then the two checking methods were inspected statistically joint of the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of diagnosis of breast cancer. Result:Separte mammary gland,the sensitivity of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer was 87.2%,specificity was 83.8%,accuracy was 84.5%;Separate serum tumor markers in diagnosis of breast cancer,the sensitivity of 84.1%,specificity of 81.4%,accuracy of 82.0%,and high frequency ultrasound and serum tumor markers combined detection sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 91.8%,91.5%and 90.7% respectively,that were higher than single diagnosis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:High frequency color doppler ultrasound combined with serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of small breast cancer of higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,has the high value of clinical diagnosis.
