Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of costimulatory on peripheral lymphocytes of CD28,CD80 and CD86 in patients with immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).Method:Blood samples were collected from 30 ITP patients and 30 healthy controls.The percentages of CD28,CD80 and CD86 on lymphocytes and platelet associated immunoglobulins(PAIg)were compared and anzlysed with flow cytometry and monoclonal antibodies technology. Result:The percentage of CD28 was higher in ITP patients than those in lontrols,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).higher proportions of CD80 in ITP patients than those in controls,but there was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The percentage of CD86 in ITP patients was higher than in controls,this result had nothing to do with ITP whether acute or chronic.Before and after treatment in patients with the expression of CD28,CD80 and CD86 had no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The levels of PAIgA,PAIgG and PAIgM in ITP patients were higher than those in controls. The expression of CD80 and CD86 had positive correlation with the level of PAIgG,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of costimulatory on peripheral lymphocytes of CD28,CD80 and CD86 in patients may be related to the pathogenesis of ITP.关键词
