支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除手术的应用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of resection of vocal fold nodule by microlaryngoscopic . Method:106 cases of vocal cord polyp patients were chosen from May 2009 to May 2013,divided into two groups,53 cases in each group.The control group was given under electronic laryngoscope vocal polyp excision,the observation group was given under the microlaryngoscopic vocal polyp excision. Result:The effective rate of observation group with 96.23%was significantly higher than the control group with 81.13%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of pedicle polyp difference was no statistically significant between the control group and the observation group (P>0.05). The effective rate of sessile polyp in observational group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Resection of vocal fold nodule by microlaryngoscopic is effective with less complication,applies to resection of vocal sessile polyp by microlaryngoscopic especially.关键词
