The Independent Factors of the Recurrence of Gastric Carcinoma and the Application Value of ABCC4, p53

Abstract
Objective:To study the independent factors of the recurrence of gastric carcinoma,the ABCC4 and p53 expression to evaluate the application value of the recurrence of gastric carcinoma after chemotherapy. Method:The clinical data of 100 patients of gastric carcinoma was collected. The date were analysised by Logistic regression analysis to find the independent factors of the recurrence of gastric carcinoma after postoperative,the CEA,p53 and ABCC4 expression in gastric carcinoma tissue of the postoperative pathological specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry ,and their relationship with the recurrence of gastric carcinoma after chemotherapy were analyzed. Result:The Logistic regression analysis showed that chemotherapy,lymphatic metastasis were the independent factors of the recurrence of gastric carcinoma after postoperative,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But the T stage,the differentiation degree,the CEA expression,the ABCC4 expression,the p53 expression had no significant correlation,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the chemotherapy group of the low expression of CEA was 18.9%,and that of the no chemotherapy group was 32.1%,the difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05). The recurrence rate of the chemotherapy group of the high expression of CEA was 8.7%,and that of the no chemotherapy group was 41.7%,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the chemotherapy group of the low expression of p53 was 12.2%,and that of the no chemotherapy group was 32.4%,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the chemotherapy group of the high expression of p53 was 27.3%,and that of the no chemotherapy group was 50.0%,the difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the chemotherapy group of the low expression of ABCC4 was 15.7%,and that of the no chemotherapy group was 36.7% the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the chemotherapy group of the high expression of ABCC4 was 11.1%,and that of the no chemotherapy group was 30.0%,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The chemotherapy,the lymphatic metastasis were the independent factors of the recurrence of gastric carcinoma after postoperative. Combineing detection of ABCC4,p53 could be used as index of chemotherapy sensitivity prediction of the gastric carcinoma after postoperative.关键词
