乳腺癌改良根治术与Ⅰ期重建术后病人生活质量的对比分析
Comparative Analysis of Life Quality of Patients with Breast Cancer after Modified Radical andⅠReconstruction

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the life quality of patients with the modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer and primary reconstruction of postoperative. Method:72 patients with breast cancer in our hospital were randomly selected,according to the operation mode,the patients were divided into observation group(n=36)and control group (n=36),the observation group was treated withⅠreconstruction treatment,the control group underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer treatment,the life quality was compared between the two groups. Result:The life quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,emotional state was better than the control group(P<0.05). The appearance satisfaction rate of the observation group(94.4%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (55.6%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:The selection of breast reconstruction ofⅠreconstruction,can significantly improve the life quality of the patients,satisfactory appearance,modified radical mastectomy is superior to breast cancer,to increase the patients' satisfaction.关键词
