固定义齿修复后并发牙龈炎的分析
Analysis of Gingivitis after Repair of Fixed Prosthodontics
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To provide reference for the treatment of gingivitis caused by fixed prosthodontics.Gingivitis was the most common complication in fixed prosthodontics and many reasons land to gingivitis.Method:278 cases with gingivitis after fixed prosthodontics and in our hospital were investigated. According to the cause of packet control treatment.Result:Shoulder and crown marginal sealing bad was most likely to cause gingivitis,and among them the most obvious was excessive gingiva shouldered of the gingival hyperplasia. The second reason was fixed bridge,appeared after the gingivitis often need to rework.Conclusion:The most reasons of gingivitis after fixed prosthodontics are big shoulder, Some conservative treatment and some must rework the fixed prosthodontics.关键词
