腰椎后路椎间植骨融合内固定术治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study recurrent causes and treatment of postoperation on lumbar disc hernition. Method:23 recurrent cases underwent the pedicle screw fixation and lumbar interbody fusion. The postoperative data of all the cases were adopted for retrospective analysis. Result:All the patients were followed-up with a duration of 0.5-3 years postoperatively,no mechanical instability caused by complications such as vertebral olisthy,no interbody fusion cage back and sinking,no screw breakage and loosening. The patients obtained excellent or good result. Conclusion:The pedicle screw fixation and lumbar interbody fusion is effective in dealing with lumbar disc herniation recurrence after operation.关键词
