摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the transcatheter hepatic artery embolization for the treatment of liver hemangioma clinical curative effect and application prospect,we observed the changes of indexes of transcatheter hepatic artery embolization in the treatment of patients with post contrast signs,peripheral blood biochemical indexs,postoperative reaction and complications. Method:We selected 25 cases of the B ultrasound,CT or angiography random staging of hepatic hemangioma patients,and treatment by femoral artery puncture intubation of hepatic artery embolization in one or more times with Seldinger technology. Result:The symptoms of 25 cases of hepatic hemangioma patients after operation were improved with different degree,all the tumor decreased,postoperative reaction and complications occurred in only a few cases of mild discomfort symptoms. Conclusion:Transcatheter hepatic artery embolization for the treatment of liver hemangioma is a safe,effective,less complications treatment method.关键词
