Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features of solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas,to investigate the methods of differential diagnosis.Method:33 solid-pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas were selected and analyzed from our hospital during October 2006 to February 2013.Result:The mean diameter(7.1±3.2)cm with the range of 3.1-14.7 cm included 13 cases with complete capsule, 3 cases with partly capsule,3 cases with cystic,6 cases with solid,7 cases with cyst-solidary.The main histology performance in light the microscope included solid area,cystic area and fake nipple area.Immunohistochemical showed the positive rate was 93.75%ofβ-Catenin,E-Cadherin was negative,the positive rate was 100%of the nucleus of a cell, 81.25%of cytoplasm,100%of Vimentin,90.63%of NSE,87.5%of CD10,96.88%of CK18,46.88%of Syn,3.12%of ChrA31.Conclusion:The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas need the clinical symptoms,clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features.关键词
