出生缺陷干预工程--云安县模式成效分析
Analysis of Defect Intervention Project-Yun’an County Birth Effect Model
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of implementing birth defect intervention in Yun’an county. Method:Through propaganda,education and risk screening,birth defect intervention was taken among couples who suited the birth policy within the county in 2013,and the data of 2012 and 2013 were analyzed and compared to find out how much the couples know about the risk factors affecting the birth defect rate and the rate that perinatal,neonatal birth defect will happen.Result:10 326 perinatal infants were reported in Yun’an County in 2013,10 232 cases of which survived.That means the birth defects rate decreased from 14.1 per thousand in 2012 to 6.6 per thousand in 2013. Conclusion:Implementation of birth defect intervention project carried in Yun’an county plays a significant role in popularizing knowledge of birth defect,enhancing the childbearing couples’ awareness of health care,and reducing the incidence of birth defects.关键词
