中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水80例临床观察
Clinical Observation of Integrative Medicine in the Treatment of 80 Cases of Liver Cirrhosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Integrative Medicine in the treatment of liver cirrhosis. Method:160 cases of liver cirrhosis patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to April 2014 were selected by a random sampling method,these patients were divided into study group and control group according to a random number table,80 cases in each group. The control group of patients were given western medicine,while the study group of patients were integrative medicine. Result:The total efficiency of the study group was 98.75%(79/80) significantly higher than the control group 76.25%(61/80),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ALT,AST and TBIL levels were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the Alb level was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the portal vein diameter was significantly shorter control group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the six months,six months to a year,more than one year recurrence rate were respectively 5.00%(4/80),10.00%(8/80),12.50%(10/80)significantly lower than the control group 16.25%(13/80), 20.00%(16/80),25.00%(20/80),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Integrative Medicine is more effective increasing the total efficiency,improving liver function,reducing the long-term relapse rate of patients than simple western medicine in the treatment of liver cirrhosis.关键词
