全自动血细胞分析血涂片复检规则应用分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the automatic blood cell analysis blood smear review criteria and application. Method:Take October 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital were collected 680 blood samples,were analyzed by automatic blood cell,at the same time microscopy,cell morphology was observed,artificial white blood cell classification, follow the international blood cells to assess the retest rules.Result:Take the instrument detection and microscopic examination of blood smears of 680 blood samples,the index results show,in which true positive rate was 15%,false positive rate was 7.35%,true negative rate 76.92%,false negative rate was 0.73%,without false negative diagnosis significance of the important parameters of the illness,smear recheck rate was 22.35%,the accuracy rate of blood cells disease was 100%,without leakage phenomenon. Conclusion:It is of great significance to take blood smear review criteria for blood cell counting,reasonable white blood cell classification,can ensure the accuracy of testing report,improve office work efficiency.关键词
