依达拉奉对小鼠脑损伤后脑功能的保护机理
Edaravone Protection Mechanisms of Brain Injury in Mice Brain Function
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the protection mechanism and application of the edaravone in the related brain function of the mice, after whose brain was injured.Method:40 healthy mice were maed into brain injure model and divided into experimental group and control group, each group 20, experimental group were given edaravone treatment, control group given the same amount of saline.SOD and MAD of two gruoups were measured and compared. Result:The experimental group’s body indexes were better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); the experiment group’s of SOD, MAD and S-100 protein index were better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone have a large role in protecting mouse brain function and avoiding brain injure,worthy of clinical application.关键词
