高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的护理分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing effect of hyperbaric oxygen in paroxysmal deafness. Method: 68 patients with paroxysmal deafness were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014, who received the hyperbaric oxygen treatment. They were randomly divided into the research group (34 cases) and the control group (34 cases). The control group was given the routine nursing while the research group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention. Then the anxiety depression situation, treatment adherence and therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Result:After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the research group were obviously superior to that in the control group, with difference and statistical significance (P<0.05). Both of the treatment adherence rate (91.18%) and the total rate (91.18%) were higher than that (64.71% and 61.76%) in the control group, with difference and statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen in paroxysmal deafness with effective nursing intervention not only can relieve the bad feelings but also improve the treatment adherence and thereby the curative effect.关键词
