Abstract
Objective: To investigate the factors which have influence on clinical immunology test quality, and related control measures.Method: 15 600 immune test samples from our hospital were slelcted, save from samples collected, which were likely to impact on the test results, the factors influencing the quality of clinical immunology test analysis, formulate control measures related.Result: The quality of laboratory humidity, temperature, the operation level, fluid replacement, the quality of samples, reagents were reagent equilibrium would influence immunology test effect, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: There are many factors affecting the clinical immunology test results, and can begin from the endogenous and exogenous factors, take targeted measures of quality control, improve the quality of clinical immunology test results.关键词
