摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore valuation of ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosis in obstructive jaundice.Method:64 patients with obstructive jaundice were selected, and they were examined by conventional abdominal ultrasound and were proved by pathology after operatio or biopsy.Result:Totally, 39 of 64 patients were the bile duct gallstones merger, 8 patients were pancreatic cancer, 3 patients were carcinoma of ampulla,3 patients were pancreatic cancer, 3 patients were chronic pancreatitis, 2 patients were bile duct embolus within, 3 patients were retroperitoneal lymph node oppression of bile duct.Conclusion:Not only ultrasonic testing understands the causes of obstructive jaundice,but also knows the site of obstructive jaundi,ultrasonic testing is easy and accuracy is higher, but affected by the bowel bilges gas.关键词
