Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of the continue nursing in unipara in puerperium, improve unipara’ newborn care skills and breastfeeding rate.Method: 446 postpartum women at term were chosen, the control group accepted a hospital outpatient visit, guidance and call for help, the experimental group used the continuation of nursing method on the basis of the control group, including telephone follow-up, QQ consulting, family visits, etc.Result: (1) The delayed healing of incision, less puerperal infection, no milk or milk, mastitis, postpartum constipation, incidence of postpartum depression of the two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). (2) The success rate of breastfeeding, neonatal nursing skills to master the situation of the two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion: The application of the continuation of care in unipara puerperium can reduce the complication rate of primipara. Mothers of newborns nursing skills and mother’s milk feeding rate, promote the first-time mothers and newborn health.关键词
