儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒的急救护理对策

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the first-aid nursing countermeasures of children with diabetic ketoacidosis. Method:40 children with DKA were carried out effective care with doctors and nurses.Result:(1)Through aggressive treatment and careful nursing care, the blood glucose was good control,the ketone body was disappeard and the acidosis was got correct. The therapy effective rate was 100%, and the great satisfaction and satisfaction rate of family member was 87.5%(35/40) and 12.5%(5/40).(2)The level of blood glucose,HbA1c,arterial blood gas index and AG after treatment and follow-up three month was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),but the change of electrolyte contained was Unapparent(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treatment with nursing can significantly improve blood sugar levels,reduce the incidence of DKA.关键词
