珠海地区沙眼衣原体泌尿生殖道感染的分子流行病学研究
Molecular Epidemiology Study of Chlamydozoa Trachomatis Urogenital Tract Infection in Zhuhai Area

Abstract
Objective:To research molecular epidemiology on chlamydozoa trachomatis urogenital tract infection cases in Zhuhai area.Method: 5471 cases which were definitely diagnosed as chlamydozoa trachomatis infection from 2010 to 2013 in our center were collected. They were given multilocus sequence tying (MLST) research.The tying datas were compared with surgical performance.Result: Zhuhai region had 5471 patients with chlamydia trachomatis infection in 2010-2013, genital chlamydia trachomatis infection in 1152 cases( 14.98%), urinary tract chlamydia trachomatis infection in 967 cases( 12.57%). 288 cases were A-C chlamydia trachomatis infection, 1710 cases of D-K chlamydia trachomatis infection, 121 cases of L1-L3 chlamydia trachomatis infection.The profession of 1103 patients were analyzed separately, other staff accounted for 53.13%, then was the professional investors or corporate executives, accounted for 35.63%.Conclusion:The distribution of chlamydozoa trachomatis infection is similar to the related research at home and abroad.The distribution of chlamydozoa trachomatis in Zhuhai area is related to job occupation.关键词
