摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography with CR molybdenum target in breast cancer.Method:128 cases treated by operation or biopsy confirmed breast cancer patients were selected in our hospital from October 2011 to January 2013 as research sample.CR molybdenum target,color doppler ultrasonography and the joint inspection were used by 128 patients with breast diseases.The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity,specialization and the coincidence rates were compared with pathological type.CR molybdenumtarget, color doppler ultrasonography and the combination of two methods were analyzed and compared.Result:The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specialization and the coincidence rates compared with pathological type of the joint inspection were significantly higher than by using color doppler ultrasonography or CRmolybdenum target separately,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Joint inspection has great significance to improve the accuracy on inspection of breast cancer and it is worth to promote the occurrence of decrease misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in clinical,should be widely used.关键词
