提高重症监护室呼吸机相关性肺炎干预措施执行率研究
The Study on Improving the Intervention Rate of the Ventilator Associated Pneumonia in ICU

Abstract
Objective:To reduce the occurrence of the ventilator associated pneumonia through improving the intervention rate of the ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU.Method:30 adult patients who need machine ventilation guardianship from May to August in 2014 in ICU were chosen at random as the experimental group,and they were given comprehensive care. The control group were 30 VAP patients who lived in ICU in our hospital from May 2011 to January 2013, and they were given usual care. The probability of infection and the satisfaction of different interventions were compared between the two groups. At last,the results were observed.Result:The probability of infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, while its degree of satisfaction was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:It is visible that comprehensive care can reduce the probability of infection of the ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU.The satisfaction of the patients becomes higher and higher.We can draw a conclusion that our hospital apparently improve the intervention rate of the ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU.关键词
